Refund policy
Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.
**Please contact us to be sent your "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" and write it on the shipping label once received.

Return Eligibility:
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. * It must also be in the original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.
* Sale items are not eligible for refunds, only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, if an item was discounted at time of purchase, it can not be refunded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, though SportballFans may not always have these types of goods available for purchase. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returned intimate products, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after initial delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (timing depends on your bank, but most refunds are seen in the account within 3-5 business days unless a holiday or other factor causes further delay).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email for our confirmation of receiving your item(s). Next, refresh your payment account to be sure it has not been credited.
Then contact your card-issuer, bank, or other financial institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and they can see if it's pending. Be aware of standard processing times.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery/use. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vip.help@SportballFans.com and we'll instruct you further on where to send your item back.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should first email us with your product return/exchange request at vip.help@SportballFans.com and then send returns/exchanges to P.O. Box 19332, New Orleans, LA 70179
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of your return shipping will not be reimbursed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a return valued over $75, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
