Shipping Info
Most of our items are made-to-order here in the USA, but please allow about 2-3 days of production time before it ships. Because of this, a normal expected turnaround from purchase to delivery is anywhere from 5-10 business days.
Some of our items may qualify for express shipping for a small shipping upcharge with delivery as early as 2-3 business days.
A few our items will have a slightly longer turnaround time. This is usually due to special items with longer production times, or the lack of local suppliers for certain styles. For example, some 'Baseball Jersey' orders take about 10 business days, and can extend over weekends, which sometimes causes further delay.
You should see your estimated delivery message during checkout. If you do not see it, please reach out to us via email at VIP.help@sportballfans.com and we'll provide you an ETA for your order.
You also have the option to download the "Shop" App for better access to order tracking and more. For gifts/accessories orders, there is a separate tracking link found under that tab.

For Returns/Exchanges, please contact VIP.help@sportballfans.com for a return authorization number to write on your shipping label, then send item to P.O. Box 19332, New Orleans, LA 70179 (customer is responsible for return shipping).
