If you've found yourself here, you're either bored, or you are curious about something on SportballFans.com. Either way, here's some random FACTS and simple guidance, since I haven't been frequently asked anything yet to have real FAQs.

[How do I find team stuff in your store?] = It's best to click/tap the tab labeled, "Team Apparel" found at the top of your page. If you are on a mobile device, you need to tap the THREE HORIZONTAL/PARALLEL LINES in the top-left corner of the screen to show the various page tabs. Once you click/tap Team Apparel, you can find your favorite team categorized by state, then popular colleges & pro-team cities. The pro-cities category aims to have any pro sport team from that city, regardless of the sport. 

[Why don't you have any items representing my favorite team?] = I apologize if I haven't made something for your team yet, but please shoot us an email with your request at VIP.help@sportballfans.com and I will make at least one design for your purchasing pleasure ASAP. We started this dream in Louisiana, so many of our initial designs relate to teams here, but we aim to add designs for every major pro team, the more popular college teams, and even some generic team-less sport designs.

[When will my order arrive?] = You should have seen an estimated delivery date at check-out, but you can also refer to "Shipping Info" page under FAQs tab for every shipping question.

[Why did I only receive part of my order, instead of all of it at once?] = We currently use a service that sends our designs to fulfillment companies in various locations, so you may receive parts of your order separately. Once you and all your friends place more orders, I promise to swap to the fancy, expensive service where everything ships from one location.

[Why is my order taking so long to deliver?] = Again, the "Shipping Info" page is where to go. If it was a jersey order, it is probably shipping from china which can take a couple weeks, and I know that is inconvenient, but I have to choose that supplier for jerseys until I can afford another service with local order fulfillment.

[What happens when I sign up for VIP?] = The goal is to send periodic coupon codes to use on purchases, and occasionally tell you about new products we're offering. I may even beg for a review, or ask you to share us with your friends. I don't want to bug you, but I do appreciate your business and want to remind you to come take a look again sometimes. That's all.

[Why are your prices so random?] = I'd love pricing to be more uniform based on the specific style of apparel, but since each new design requires me to select a supplier to make & ship that design, costs vary depending on colors, sizes, shipping location, and number of printed areas. I will customize by request, if you'd prefer one-side-only, alternate colors, or would like to see it on different material or another item.

[I think your items are priced too high, why is this?] = Again, since I use various suppliers to fulfill orders for my designs, I pay for those services, the cost of materials, and payment processing fees. I also offer free shipping to those willing to click on the "VIP Sign Up" page. With that being said, I do make a few dollars on average for each item sold, so I really really appreciate your business. Please share us with friends if you think they'll like something here!
